What courier service do you use?
We use NZ Post for our clothing shipments.
Can I track my package during transit?
Yes - You will be sent a tracking number once your shipping slip has been printed. However, you will not be able to track it until it has been scanned by our local courier (NZ Post). This usual happens within 12-24hours after the shipping slip has been printed.
Will I receive a notification when my package has been shipped?
Yes - You will receive an email notification once your package has been shipped (collected and scanned by our local courier).
