TOITŪ RETURNS POLICY

Our Toitū team spend a heap of our personal time and energy to get the best quality gears to you as sustainablyand efficiently as possible.

For that reason we encourage having a really good look at the product info and size charts for the items you are interested in, before ordering.

If the product still isn't what you were after, as can totally happen, we're more than happy to exchange it for another size, colour or a different item all together.

We just ask that you send it back with a self addressed Pre-Paid Post Office Courier Bag so that we can get your new gears out to you, as easily and effectively as possible.

If still none of that works, we can always discuss a refund on a case by case basis.

Please keep any return requests to within 30 days of receiving your item, and provide your 4 Digit order number or packing slip when making a request.

Your returned item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, so that we can minimise waste and see to it that everyone gets what they're after.

Damages and issues :

Aroha mai, sometimes mistakes do happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you feel the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or amount, so that we can do our best to make it right.

Refunds :

In the situation that a refund is the only option, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, however If more than 15 business days have passed since  your return was approved, please contact us at toitutetiriti1840@gmail.com
